Okay, so… there aren’t actually that many FAQs.  Maybe there won’t ever be.  Maybe this will get added to. Who knows.  But I do get asked a couple of things, so… here are answers.

Is Eli Lang a pen name?
How do you pronounce Eli?
Do you read reviews?

What’s your next book release?

Is Eli Lang a pen name?

Yes, it is.

How do you pronounce Eli?

Well, it’s a pen name, so the answer is pretty much however you like.  I have a few friends who say it like Ehh-lee, and I like that. ❤ But in my head it's Eee-lie, like the (typically but not always) male name.

Do you read reviews?

No.  I firmly believe reviews are for readers and not authors.  I am so, so grateful for people taking the time to read and leave a review–whether it’s a good review or a not so good one.  But I just can’t read them or respond to them–and I don’t think it’s my place to, at all–aside from saying thank you for doing that.  (This includes tagging me in reviews.  I still don’t read those.)

Can you do an interview/post for my blog?

Definitely! Please contact me with this form over here, or send me an email at eli_lang (at) outlook (dot) com.

What are you working on?

I have a page for finished but unpublished projects over here.  As for WIPs…  Some of my WIPs tend to either implode or fizzle out, so it seems unfair to say what I’m actually working on at the moment, when it might never actually be written.  But in general, I write queer romantic SFF and contemporary, and I’m probably working on something like that at any given time.

What’s your next book release?

Scratch Track! It’s the third book in the Escaping Indigo series, but it can be read as a standalone.  It’s m/m, contemporary, about a roadie who has a second chance with a drummer he’s been falling for.  You can read the blurb, find more info, or get preorder links over on the book’s page.
